Returns & Shipping Policy

 

Delivery

Sports Fever will deliver Australia wide using Australia posts express network. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us contactus@sportsfever.com.au or via telephone (08) 9388 7077 for all international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

All packages will be sent via Australia Post express post network.


Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us contactus@sportsfever.com.au or via telephone (08) 9388 7077 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

All Postage and handling costs are based on our $15.00 rate for 3kg.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 1 workings day of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us (contactus@sportsfever.com.au or via telephone (08) 9388 7077) to discuss your needs.

Refund/Exchange

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or size exchange, please contact us via email at contactus@sportsfever.com.au or via telephone (08) 9388 7077. You will be provided with an Exchange / Refund form and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.

Returns Policy & Process

We take great pride in our reputation for supplying quality products, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund for credit in store.

Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The Sports Fever exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered Australia Post as Sports Fever does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Sports Fever via non registered post. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns not purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa. We cannot exchange product for a style not within our Sports Fever online product range.

Faulty Items

Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments Unit (PAU) and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Sports Fever will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

If You Change Your Mind

Sports Fever is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition and non sale items. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. Sports Fever will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.

Incorrect Size

No redelivery fee is charged for exchanging a size.

Incorrect Colour

Sports Fever will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.

Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your Sports Fever tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
